By 30 April 2007: Member States will be invited, through their Focal Points, to submit their messages for posting. A form requesting the necessary information will be sent to all Focal Points by that date.
30 April to 10 May 2007: Focal Points of Member States interested in participating in the market will submit the duly filled forms by e-mail. The forms will indicate which Government representative will act as "owner" for purposes of the posting being presented.
10 to 17 May 2007: The messages submitted by owners will be uploaded to the web-based market application. Depending on the number of messages received, selection may be necessary. Such selection will be carried out in consultation with the organizers of the Forum. Owners will be informed if their proposals are not posted.
10 to 17 May 2007: "Visitors" will be invited to register so that they may have access to the chat rooms of owners. Invitations to register will be sent to relevant inter-governmental organizations, international banks and selected members of the business and civil society communities. The Focal Points of all Member States will be registered automatically. The organizers of the first meeting of the Forum will assist in drawing the list of potential visitors. Access to the marketplace website will be password protected.
18 May -20 June 2007: The marketplace website will be open for business. During this period, owners and visitors will chat and exchange views on the postings by owners. On the basis of such exchanges, the owners will select the visitors they wish to meet with in Brussels. Because space and time for meetings will be limited, an owner will probably be able to meet with at most two or three visitors during the allocated time.
End of June 2007: Final decisions on the visitors selected by owners will be compiled and posted on the website in the form of scheduled meetings.
