Troika
The Troika consists of the current Chair-in-Office, the outgoing Chair, and the future Chair of the Forum. The Co-Chairs assist the current Chair-in-Office in the preparatory process and in the implementation of the Forum.
The current Troika is comprised of past Chairs Mexico (2010) and Switzerland (2011), Mauritius (Chair-in-Office) and Sweden (2014).
The annual GFMD Troika composition since 2007 is as follows:
- GFMD 2007: Belgium and Philippines
- GFMD 2008 : Belgium, Philippines, Greece
- GFMD 2009 : Philippines, Greece and Mexico
- GFMD 2010: Greece, Mexico and Switzerland
- GFMD 2011: Mexico, Switzerland, Mauritius and Sweden
