Topic/Agenda:

This session will address the strategies and tools that local and national governments of both destination and origin countries can implement to partner with diaspora in order to increase their development impact in the country of origin.

This session will aim to produce examples of best practices of engaging with diasporas for countries of origin and host countries and in models of new public sector tools to increase the development impact of diaspora activities as well as in medium term recommendations.
