Highly skilled migration: balancing interests and responsibilities

This session will aim to produce a matrix of practices in origin and destination countries, and between them, that help retain, retrain, recover and return skills to sectors critical for development. Knowledge gaps can be included; as well as some indicators to assess the effectiveness of the practices.
